NON DAIRY CREAM

Whipping Cream Powder for fillings and toppings of cakes, with a sweet, milky, creamy taste, and a neutral aroma.

1. Mix 1 kg WCP T-100 with 1.75 litre cold water or cold milk 
2. Whip for 6 minutes to required consistency & refrigerate whipped for 15 min at 4°C.Shelf life: 18months unopened under good storage conditions
