250g PREMIX, 400 g sugar, 350 g flour, 300 g oil, 300 g egg, 300 g water. Mix all ingredients with a flat beater for 5 minutes in low speed. Fill the muffin trays with ±65 gram of batter. Baking temperature 180-190°C. Baking time 25-30 minutes.
