Hulled or grits, flakes & flour, in all forms barley is a healthy cereal rich in vitamins, minerals and fibers. Pearl barley, is polished to remove some or all of the outer bran layer along with the hull.

Additionally, barley packs lignans, a group of antioxidants linked to a lower risk of cancer and heart disease. Contains soluble fiber, which reduces hunger and enhances feelings of fullness.
