Fully dehydrated spray dried eggs, offering reduced weight, extended shelf (upto 2 years) life, reduced storage space, and lack of need for refrigeration. 

We offer a wide variety of light yellow powders with normal egg odor, free of impurities, with good emulsification, gelling, whipping, and water retention properties.

Our egg powder adds nutrition, elasticity, taste, and a longer shelf life to flour made products.
